wtf busted ankle

so i am at work yesterday feeling great and all of a sudden boom right to my kneees didn't slip nothing have a severly sprained ankle it is swollen like u would n't believe i am in the middle of a cycle wtf why does this stupid shit happen and should i stay with my norm and do what i do or just quit and start back up i mena i am goin to be out of commision for like 1 week or 2 :worried: :worried: :worried:

call it quits because your ankles are so important, even when doing upper body, but if you can stand the pain fuck go on with the plans bro.
 
i know shit sucks i am pissed becasue i am just about to start to peak too and i have put on about 17 lbs of lean muscle but i was looking for like 25 or 30 been running for about 8 weeks real low doses and i feel awesome besides the pain in my leg
 
I'd say depends on you bro. You don't want to hurt yourselft worse. But you want those gains to keep coming.
I think you will have to adjust your routine, Probably no squats or deadlifts for 2 or 3 weeks.

just started to walk then boom to my knees like i got hit with a lead pipe and that was it shit it fuckin hurts feels better now after the pills hhahahahaa

well maybe but i can't help it that she loves me and what i give to her. ahhaha

but thansk for the offer she is one of a kind andi will keep it that way. This injury bullshit is killing me and no i am not ADD/ ADHD JUST SHIT SOME SUPPORT WOULD BE NICE OR KARMA WTF. jk it is all good i am heading to gym 2day and test it out i can walk on it partially now so maybe i will heal up quick.
 
I feel you pain my friend. I broke one of the bones in my right leg above the ankle in a fight a few years back. I walked out of the place... drove home etc. In doing so I broke my ankle and tore all my ligaments too. Got a plate and five screws for that one. I used the down time to get my diet top notch. When I was at the gym again I was shredded to the bone!
Broke my left ankle too... looking at a girls ass! No joke!

lol hahahaa funny shit i ajhev been on it all day so far and very little pain and i think i will heal up fine but if not i wll be pissed in the middle of a 20 weeker and stiopping not an option just take this as a break for 5 days and let me body rest and gone on schedule and i shoule put on another 15 to 20 lbs i hope already put on about 17 lean nno bloatedness or very very little so i will be fine thnaks for the support.
