oso0960 New member Apr 18, 2009 #1 So about 2 weeks ago I sprained my wrist (according to the doctor). It feels like it's not getting any better. I should've asked when I went, but what can I do for it? would stretching, rehab exercises help it or would complete rest be better?

squatpuke New member Apr 20, 2009 #2 Dude...I'm in the same boat... Just saw doc today...it's been about week and half for me... I'm wearing a splint now... My doc didn't say whether it was ligimate or tendon, but said at least 4-6 weeks.... If you have good insurance, I'd recommend PT
