I am 6'1 195lbs 12%bf I have been training hard for three years and I have a good clean diet high in protein but I have stopped getting gains for about a year. I am playing football now and wrestling is only 5 weeks away. I want to gain strength add some quality mass and decrease bodyfat. This will be my first cycle. I want to try deca or eq, winny or primo, and clen. Any help with dosages would be appreciated Thanks
