I couldnt ban anyone. But I was wondering the other day if someone was to be banned, would it be very hard to just come back with a new alter or do they ban your IP and then you have to wait a few days until you automatically get a new IP addy from your ISP. Basically can someone get around getting band, seems like itd be pretty easy.
