I think Im more like 3... in comparison to the job market Im underpaid in my current position. But, the flexibility and "skate rate" make up for the $. Example, Ive dealt w/4 issues thus far today, eliminating walk time from building to building (which is also used as visiting time) Ive "worked" maybe a total of about 4 min. and have been paid for almost 3 & 1/2 hrs of work.

BUT, when we do hit busy times I tend to get pissed at the fact that Im not being paid what the market calls for. Obviously this doesnt bother me to much as I am not seeking other opportunities.

I pull a good salary and do absolutely nothing all day. Like I'm not shitting you...I surf the internet the *entire* day. It's like the only point in coming here and getting up in the morning is so that I can get all my meals in for the day and I just sit here and wait until it's time to go to the gym. And yes, I go insanely bored. But when the rare time comes that I'm supposed to work like once every couple of weeks, I own the shit. I'm basically here just collecting a paycheck.

No shit man. I'm happy to have a job right now. There's NOTHING out there. This is temporary for me though. They've got a new project coming up which will force me to actually work. Bastards!!

Sounds like you many of you are very lucky--I am a #1. I work very hard for my money. I put in 76 hours at the one job alone last week, and 22 at the other! Which in turn doesn't figure very well when you are on salary. I love my work though, and the hard work gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I wouldn't trade that for anything!!

I'm about to start a job that pays less then what I had while in college and will work a hell of alot hard for it...

Good Ridence it allows me to shoot guns, workout, and learn different things which I can apply toward fighting for my country...I'm especially looking forward to jumping out of planes
