1. Work hard for your $$$.
2. Work equals your $$$.
3. When you work your underpaid, when you skate you make $$!
4. Over worked and way underpaid, currently seek other opportunities.
I think Im more like 3... in comparison to the job market Im underpaid in my current position. But, the flexibility and "skate rate" make up for the $. Example, Ive dealt w/4 issues thus far today, eliminating walk time from building to building (which is also used as visiting time) Ive "worked" maybe a total of about 4 min. and have been paid for almost 3 & 1/2 hrs of work.
BUT, when we do hit busy times I tend to get pissed at the fact that Im not being paid what the market calls for. Obviously this doesnt bother me to much as I am not seeking other opportunities.
