Would you or Do you use DNP?

There is a lot of talk here about DNP... the effects of it and the very serious sides.

I was wondering who on this board would (or does) actually use DNP? I would really appreciate responses from vets, mods and anyone else on the board.

It's easy to talk about proper DNP use, but then popping the pills is a lot different.

Just wonderin' where you all stand!

Done 2 proper cycles and would consider doing more :)

I do not believe this is something for the average person to even consider
 
doubt I'd use it- sounds harsh- especially since it is hard to function normally thru the day, and I have a real job.

Plus rather not have to sleep on plastic sheets!!
 
you can make it easy

The side effects and discomfort of using DNP can be as good or terrible as one makes it. Any DNP in someone's body will increase metabolism, so at a low dose just about anyone can get by with the sides. Just like making yourself go to the gym everyday- it takes mental discipline. Keep telling yourself it's a means to an ends and you'll be ok. I researched as much as I could before trying it, mainly because I just couldn't get my hands on it:) The side effects are well worth the effect.
 
it can be rather tough on ya and definitely not something for a complete newbie to consider. Ive done 4 cycles and 1 long one. will do it again as soon as the whether permits
 
Well, if you are going to do a 'classic' dnp cycle, I would tend to agree that the sides are too harsh. Not only can you not do anything, you don't want to do anything. It is miserable. Effective yes, livable, no.

I would have no problem recommending a low dose dnp cycle to anyone who would want to do it. I wouldn't just say here, take these. But you get the point. I would even tell my mom it's ok.

For me, that means 200mg/day. No more. At that dose, I am hotter than normal, sweat more than normal, and can tell I don't have much stamina because of the lack of carbs available. Other than that, I am fine. No crankiness like a lowcarb diet, I can eat anything I want, I get visibly leaner every day, etc.

As for the danger, it's overrated. Can you die from it? Yes, but you can also die from too much water, aspiring, salt, etc. I also think it is not too difficult to take just one or two pills and stop. If you are soooo forgetful that you fear taking 10 because you 'forgot', then this might not be for you. Otherwise, dnp is fine.

If you want to do dnp fine, if not fine. I am not here to talk you into anything. Read, make your own decisions. But my days of making decisions based wholly, or in part, based on fear are over. So go sell your 'it's explosive and it's an insecticide' to someone else. When you start down that path, your intent is not to help or to educate, it is to frighten others into your way of thinking.
 
I am about to do a 21 day cycle. I am waiting on my other vitamin sups and such and then I will begin. I have done a lot of research on it. If you have the discipline then go for it. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's the end result that I am doing this for. I will keep everyone posted on my results:fro: :fro:
 
200mg almost anyone can live with in style - even on long cycles - above that get more fun.

i am going to do a low dose (200mg) cycle for about 30 days and was wondering if i needed to supp. with t3 at that low dosage.

also... i am on a sus-eq-winny cycle that will be over in three weeks. after that, i will do clomid three weeks after it's over. i have put on some extra fat during my bulking cycle that i'd like to have dnp help me get rid of. can i start it at the same time as the clomid or should i wait until it's over?

i ask this not because i am worried about dnp's effect on my hpta, but because i don't want to lose any of my gains. will starting dnp three weeks after my bullking cycle (at the start of clomid) be detrimental to my gains or would it be okay?>

CYcleon I have got the T-3 but how should I take it, ie. doses, times etc... ALso why do you think I should take T-3? Look up my post (21 Day Dnp Cycle) and tell me what you think about the cycle.:fro:

As for the t3, there seems to be some debate. Yes, t3 levels will be suppressed by around day 7 on a low dose dnp cycle. But, will supplementing give better results? I can't find any conclusive answer. I have even read that the body won't/can't absorb the exogenous t3. So, yeah, I'm a little perplexed because dnp needs t3 to work effectively. I guess the big question, is how much effectiveness is lost when not adding t3. I am on day...I have no friggin clue..something like day 12-15 or so. I still notice fat loss daily. I have also not supplemented with t3 because I am afraid of the muscle burning properties while off gear.

Yohimbe might be a good addition to the mix, and I have added that for the last 3-4 days. However, it REALLY affects me, so I only take at night. I might even stop, the sides are that bad.

been there done that will do it again

There is one thing everyone aggrees on when it comes to DNP, you will have some degree of discomfort. I look at it this way, i didnt gain all that fat overnight so some harsh sides for some serious fat loss is ok in my book. The sides can be unberriable at times but high dose cycles only last a week. So just win the mental battle and stick with it for a week, after its all said and done you will be very happy with the results. My first cycle ended early (bad food), my second cycle i finished and wsa very happy with the results, lost 6lbs in 7 days.

I have not used it but plan on it. I have been following a lot of the DNP threads, but not really taking notes so I have a bit more research to do....that and its too damn hot here now, but I will jump on it this winter :)

P.S. Anyone have any good links on supps to take, dosage, cycle length etc would be greatly appreciated.

So you think that I should start it right with my clomid becuase it will actually help me retain my gains? Hmmmm..interesting. (You've gotta love a fat burner that actually helps preserve muscle.)

I was nervous about the T-3 for the same reason and doubt that i am going to supplement with it.

As far as the Yohimbine goes, at what dosage are you taking it and in what form. I have the powder and could take it orally or could mix it topically. Which have you found to be more effective when stacking with DNP?

my frist dmp cycle ever .on day 5 , just went from 200 to 400 mg a day ... holy .what a difference . spent last night under the fan ,socking in sweat ,sheets socked ,bed soaked !!!and this just went from (hey ,I like being this warm, to this sucks )..
Is it working yes ,but guess being the pussy I am going to stick to 200 mg a day
