or take it out to remove any chance of water. also taking fina, winny tabs, halo, hydroxcut and may take lasix or aldactone ONLY if need be.

Hmmm well I don't compete bro so I don't know if you will value my opinion. I know from what I hear from guys in my gym that compete is they take it out completely. Thing I wonder though is why not just bump up the antiestrogens during this phase. Test is still a great androgen allowing for more muscle fullness come contest time yes.

Prop

I think it depends on the person. If you are the type that's hard to dry out then I'd say drop it in time to get dry. As for me, I get dry whether on or off test. I seem to lose to much muscle after dropping my test so I've decided to stay on test through my next show. Again, I think it depends on the person and whether he/she can dry out while on test.

RipD2DBone a.k.a. N2Deep !!!

p.s. I'll be at the Lone Star Bro... Good luck

p.s.s. Are you working with Optimum Fitness again this year?

working on my own this year. up 26 pounds from my last show so there will be a different flexed1 on stage this time as compared to last time around. I am fairly dry now but was curious as this was something new i added to hold size. are you watching or competing? which class? say hi and drop me a pm.

I dont think you want to drop test completely. I'm 6 weeks out right now, and I'm taking 400mg of Suspension per week. Using Suspension might be the smartest choice since it is water-based and acts quickly. If you find that you are retaining too much water from it, you can reduce the dosage and you should see a difference very quickly, as opposed to oil-based tests, which can hang around in your system for weeks, even after you stop taking them.

PS: I'm taking the same thing you are, except for the halo, and believe me, if you're anything like me, you wont have any problems with retaining water. Here's a shot I snapped this morning. You see any problems with water? :D

I'm using a Canon Powershot S-10. It's only a 2.1 Megapixel, but the damn things takes great pics. It has a timer which I use to take pictures of myself.

I'm at 167 right now, and I honestly think that shooting for the lightweight class will be a waste of time and energy. There is hardly any fat or water on my body at the moment, so losing more weight at this point will mean losing muscle. The middleweight class will most likely be the class I will compete in.

I'll be watching this year. I'll do a qualifier next year and maybe the Jr USA. I took the 2nd half of 2001 and all of 2002 to try and add more size. I'm going to try to compete as a Light Heavy next year. Maybe at around 190lbs or so.
