Would you find this insulting?

At work I have a minor amount of management responsibility.......along with several others. One of my co-workers, without management points, insists on asking me and the other 'minor managers' questions and then running to our line manager to check the answers.

I find that insulting.........would you?

I got the job........hehehe.

It would become a race issue because she pushes the asian card every time somebody upsets her.

I would find myself going to the line managers with that person to find out why all the time is being wasted on that particular activity.

yes. i was being sarcastic. I'm a minority at my place of employment, maybe i need to use the white card so i can get a phone with caller ID. everyone else has one.

Whilst you are at it burst into tears.......thats the 'I'm a poor vulnerable woman' card.

Stamp your feet..........the 'the irrational and emotional person' card.

Tell them you know where they live........the 'psycho' card.

Disclaimers: The above suggestions are based on past experience of working with people other than Smurfy. I am not suggesting that she is poor, vulnerable, irrational, emotional or psychotic.......although I accept that as she is female she is likely to be at least one of these.
