Similar thing i heard about happened in some small town in the states, a city dump worked found 40k rolled up and he turned it into the police. (determined it was drug money, so the city city is keeping it) he wont even get a finders fee, thats bullshit. fucking cops

After many months of my wife quitting a part time job, she would get Direct deposits straight into our bank account of $3300 every 2 weeks. lol This happened a couple of times and we called them twice about it. The first time they thanked us, the second time, I flipped out on them. wtf, why are you sending us free money? lol True story.

Well, 10-1 its drug money or counterfit. So by keeping it you've got more than the cops to worry about. And even if its legal as soon as you start spending, the authoirites will track you down. A lot of bank robbers get caught just by spending the money they stole...same principle applies here.
Plus theres really no way to hide it. Offshore banks don't usually accept large cash deposts from people they don't know - otherwise every 2-bit drug pusher would be flying to Grand Caymen twice a month.
If you know someone with a small business, you could probably launder it slowly over a few years - but get audited and your fucked.
It's really, really, really hard to keep and spend money that's not yours.

I would keep it, and here is why. A friend of mine saw a bag drop off an armored vehicle. It contained $47,000, nobody saw a thing,nobody was around, it was the perfect scenario. He ended up turning it in. The bank that the money belonged to gave him $100 for returning it...........wtf......$100
Even if you turn it in, it might not be claimed and you get to keep the money. So all is not lost if you do turn it in to the police.
I think the time limit here for claiming it is 60 days, not sure.

It is not the banks money they gave it to her as a reward and trying to track down who's money it is. If it was some legal orginzations money someone would step forward by now. It was found on the side of the road in the hood telling you that is drug money with out a doubt.TheOak01 said:
