would Prop be good for a hurdler?

or in other words would prop speed someone up or slow someone down?(I already know winny, and clen does)
 
I have a friend who is a nationally ranked track athlete in the 110 meter hurdles ironically. He always comes to me asking what to take, blah blah blah, and I always tell him to take Prop. Needless to say, he's now nationally ranked.....
 
Prop gives good lean muscle gains when compared to longer acting tests and should suit your purpose. It give much less water retention than say cyp or enanthate.
 
For speed, you'll need strength without size.
So you'll not have a huge choice : winstrol, anavar,halo (very toxic), maybe tren and prop (but at low doses). Deca can also help for your joints -track and field is very hard for joints- and Eq for stamina.
A classic stack for a speed athlete : deca/winstrol (deca for joints and recovery, winstrol for strength).
 
Man Child U r the man buddy, after hearing that I am definetly going to use prop, but since u have already helped someone get to the level that I am trying to get to, I was wondering what kind of doses should I use, and for how long? and if there is any other advise u might have for me, then feel free to e-mail me.
 
For a track athlete I'd suggest using 300-400mg a week. If its the off season and you're not competing I'd go for an all out cycle of 100mg/ED.

As for any other advice on track, I can't help you there, but if you have any questions I can ask my friend. Straight up though, Prop is the shit, I grow like a weed on that shit for some reason!!

with 400mg/wk how long will the metabolites be in my system? I'm gona start my cycle just a soon as the NCAA decides to come to my school and test our athletes, that way im shure to atleast have a few months to play with, so I don't have to worrie about being tested in the middle of my cycle. I know that the detection time is 3 weeks, but is that refering to the metabolites? Also does prop store its self in your fat cells and release for a long time after the cycle like winny?
 
you never have to take more than 400mg of propionate to get good gains, 400mg a week is a good dose, anything more is a waste!
