Would I Get In Trouble For Whooping Ass on a !4 or 15 year Old Kid?

I came home from work at lunch yesterday and my daughter was home skipping school. Well she said she was sick. So I heated up a tv dinner and sat down to finish "Kelly's Heroes" (I love that movie) and for some reason I just felt I should go look under her bed. Well I did, and nothing. Then I looked in her closet and behind her hanging clothes was her friend(that is a girl) Well, I was pissed and told her to go home.

Then I started thinking that could have been a half naked boy hiding behind those clothes. I think I would go ballistic if that was the case and wail all over that punk. Could I get in trouble for doing so? I mean what jury is going to convict a father of assault in that situation?

Why would you "whoop" his ass? Just take that fool out of her room and throw his ass out forcefully, draw no blood and dont strike him, thats just wrong, I'm only 25 but if I had a son and some father beat or "whooped" his ass for being in a room with another 15 year old then that father would get mud stomped into the fucking pavement. peace

i would imagine you would get royally screwed over if u beat up a minor...dpends on the severity of the injuries i guess....a slap to the cheeks, not so bad, a backhand to the face...bad

you would have no proof he slept with her/fooled around with her unless there was some around etc. chances are if he was abut to do something like that he'd be older than your daughter (girls that age seem to believe that boys their age are LESS mature than them)...so u could do him for statutory...much more satisfying

Yes, you would get in trouble. And yes, I've been that guy that's been caught by the dad, and no he did not kick my ass. He wasn't happy though. Thank god I had enough time to get my shorts and shirt back on before he opened the door.

Her friend was not half naked she was just hiding in the closet so I wouldn't see her. And to tell you the truth if she was a muffdiver at least she couldn't get pregnant.
