this is a gross topic and you dont want to eat these but im posting it in this section becouse i think it effects your diet big time. so here it goes, does anyone here worm themselfs as maintanence or has had to do this? im suspecting i might have a problem so i searched and read this article.....please post up your experiences and thoughts

i dunno about using shit from tractor supply??? i have had a bad problem with my stomach feeling and looking bloated for months now, maybe it would be worth a shot.

i used it i cant tell any diff but if i did have some there dead now. and i did a lil more research and decided to do a colon cleanse, spose to remove the breeding grounds for parasites and remove plaqe from your linning so you can uptake nutrients easeir. people who have done it swear by it and promise to do it once a year

colonix....also to update you i did have worms, very discusting and embarassing to admit but ive rid them from me and im already starting to feel much better

for worming i used "nemex-2" active ing is pyrantel pamoate......i took 40mls
