i woukldnt think the egyptian miliatary is currently strong enough, with all the manpower with other countries it might stand a chance but israel will probably use its nuke arsenal if its gonna lose that easily





however i doubt any state will even contribute 1 dollar. while their religion may state they have to defend their rethren via jihad, when it comes down to it, they will probably wanna keep their money
