Ok, so maybe I don't post a whole lot, but I am getting closer and closer to that lucky number... and if and when I finally make it there (ok, stop laughing at me)... I am wondering what pic I should post.. for those of you who have seen me front and back, top to bottom.... should I post... my legs? my back, arms, abs???????? shit, I have so many pics, and I cannot decide...

and really this is just a worthless post to get me ONE closer!! hehehehe

I would make a suggestion on behalf of all of the guys, but my wife sometimes reads my postings.
 
i am leaning towards a rear lat or front lat.... I'd say my front lat spread is my best pose.. that or a front double bicep.. I did a photo shoot for a magazine once for an ab article, and I have a killer shot of my abs from this past summer... hhhhmmmm...

I think I may have seen some of you "floating " around the internet ...... and I do recall the whole package rocks....but those abbs seem right on target :D So...first vote is for the abbs.

IQ, she does have awesome quads!!:fro: but my favorite are the abs!!! :p OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! They look like they were chisled to perfection!!!:D I would KILL for those abs:destroy: :chainsaw:

OOOHHH breakfast!!!! it was a good one this morning... i mixed some oatmeal and egg whites to make a couple pancakes, and then I had more egg whites and a touch of talapia!

35 grams protein and 20 carbs... nice meal!!

no not at all..my bad if it comes across that way, according to some of these posts it seems as if other members have seen he same pics i have...not sure how anyone in the right mind would know who you are by a description of a pic? the pic that i mentioned NO ONE should have unless you are sending it out...and even still no one would know who you are, you dont look anything like that pic normally..but once again not sure why or how anyone would know who you are..sorry for the confusion or whatever you call it..

send it to me i can fix it tonight...or whoever has adobe photoshop on here can help you...you have to make the image size 100 x 100 pixels.
