I'm not a plat, so I don't have much searching capability, but I remember a thread that you started saying something about how bad they were and we were all stupid for taking them, etc.
And I DID give you some help on your post. I said check out Dave Barr and John Fucking Berardi. They give great advice on Pre-Workout nutrition. With that being said, eat some fucking whey protein, some moderate to high GI carbs, and a little good fat like almonds 1 hour before you hit the gym. OR you can get some SURGE and drink that before and during. Or you can fucking read an article about it in 100 million different places on the internet. That way, you wouldn't have to post a question about eating in the anabolic androgenic steroids forum. Not to mention I tried to give you all the advice I could about your problem the first time to help you out. Then instead of being a dick and ragging on you about stopping your cycle because you couldn't shit, I said I commend you for making a choice that gear wasn't for you. I'm not an asshole on here and get in stupid ass arguments, but you pushed a button big time.
