Lots of coffee and ephedrine bro. Been there myself, it sucks. I had to fire a guy once and it took me 3 months to find a replacement. Worst part of it was I am the only other person here. Then when I did find someone it took six weeks to get him comfortable with being in the store alone. My DM came up for 3 days and gave me a couple off but that stretch almost burned me out.
