Just curious what are your three maxes? Or What is the most you've ever done before your hip became a problem.

I can cable crossover about 225 on each side right now for a set of 4. Hows that?
 
Squat, Dead, Bench.

Crossover Max? LOL.

I mean that maxing a crossover is funny...not that 240 is funny.

Bench 550 - 615
Squat 525 - 645
DL 650 - 850

You know, I never heard of a bench shirt till I started reading the powerlifting board a few months ago. Who came up with that thing!?
 
I don't know but If I am going to get into something skin tight there had better be a hot naked blonde and a cattle prod involved.
 
It varies between 550 to 615 right now. Once every other week or so I do a max rep. In the past three months, that's what it has been. I've gotten 615 - 550 - 605 - 565 - 600 - 580 - 595.
 
I'm am 41, I will be 42 in January, I have been lifting for the better part of 25 years. I started when I was 14.


14-22 constant workouts + Sports (football, wrestling, track)
22 - 25 lots and lots and lots of drugs
26 - 30 lots of aerobic activity.
31 - 34 lots of beer and scotch.
34 - now lots of stuff, aerobics, tai chi, karate, weights, yoga.
 
I started at 14 too. Hope I have that kinda strength when I am your age.

I'll pass on the grey pubes though.
