It varies between 550 to 615 right now. Once every other week or so I do a max rep. In the past three months, that's what it has been. I've gotten 615 - 550 - 605 - 565 - 600 - 580 - 595.

26 - 30 lots of aerobic activity.
31 - 34 lots of beer and scotch.
34 - now lots of stuff, aerobics, tai chi, karate, weights, yoga.
