Just read up on TB noticed a similarity in his arrest to that of Timothy McVeigh, both were arrested while driving and pretty much by accident because of matters unrelated to their crimes.

Doesn't really say much for law enforcements ability to catch these evil fucks, they got lucky in both cases.
