Woman's advice on GW501516

So my wife is wanting to use GW-501516, has anyone here actually used it? If you have could you share your results/opinions on the product? I am also concerned with sides. Her getting ripped for boating season is not nearly as important as her health ( I am kinda fond of her!!!)
