Yesterday was the beginning of my 6-8 week cycle, depending on how things go... Im running about 400-500mg prop, 500-700mg NPP and 50mg Winstrol...

As always I have all ancillaries and will be shooting 500iu's of HCG Monday and Thursday from week 3 till the end where the last week to 10 days I will use it 500mg ED..

Im looking to get to 230 staying under 10% BF.. My stats are 6'1 218lbs at 9%bf taken last Sunday... I think i might be asking for too much, so I will evaluate my progress at the 6 week mark...

My diet is always pretty good.. Around 400g P, 600G carb 100G fat.....6 clean days alternating high and medium carb days..Ill adjust as the bodyweight goes up...1 day per week is to get my metabolism all out of wack.. Ill eat ice cream, pasteries, pizza... everything....

Training is about 8-10 sets per bodypart. maybe less on arms...
Back and side delts
Legs and Tris
Rest
Chest and front delts
Biceps and abs...
Rest

I have taken before pics and will post them up soon.. Seems like you are a newbie until you post up pics in this forum!!!!! J/K.... Anyways, Omega directed me towards trying this "scientific" cycle theory and I will put it to the test...

PCT is 3 weeks of Novaldex, A-dex and Clomid..
Might have to do a birdge boys.. I dont know how much more my genetics will hold...

Good luck bro...best thing to do is keep a log of your progress as well...this helps me when im on a cycle....stay focused and hit the weights hard!

Mak... I know 11lbs is HUGE... But i think i really found a niche here....ill let myself get up to maybe 11% BF..... I got a new training partner.. I really think I dialed in my body this time... We'll see....

Ulter.. YES I did get your products.... In fact I bought enough 2-3 months ago to last quite a while.. I like to shop in bulk!!!!! Im in south florida.. I used to live in Orlando.. I would love to visit your AF store in person... Ill update later this week...
