Winstrol tabs when to take 'em

Hey, i know yall say to take them spread out cuz of their half life and what not, but on days i work out, is it beneficial to take 'em before or after i work out?

Cuz i've been taking 'em in the morning, mid day, and night before i go to bed. I just thought that maybe there was a more proficient way to take 'em

The way your doing it is fine...the miday (or whenver you work out) you can take it about an hour before...good boost.

I started on sunday, but haven't worked out, I will today though, so its been 3 days thus far. When do you start feeling the physical effects of winny tabs? Like a week or two?

How much are you taking? But yes, usually withing a week or two...depends..

Bump, I was wondering the same thing, I will be taking winny tabs at 50mg/ED towards the end of my cycle....I was advised to take 10mg in the AM, 10mg in the PM, and 30mg before workout....but I was just going to spread them throughout the day myself. :coffee:

Also, is this like a lubicrator? Cuz i had a sore ass rotary cuff for like 2 weeks probably torn, been on winny for 2 1/2 days now, and the pain is almost completely gone.

FOR SURE it is not the winny making the pain go away... if youre LUCKY it wont come back, winny dries out your joints.. just the opposite of lubing them :worried:
if i were you id warm up real good before doing anything on winny :artist:

what is good to take with winny to help the joint??glocosamine, chondroitin, msm? anything better?
Yeah I do like 20mg am 20mg noon and 10 mg at night

There is not much you can do to help your joints when on winny, the above stuff will help but not much. Just make sure you warm up good, especially with a bad cuff.
