This kind of use starts with low dose of anabolic steroids, increasing the dose over a period of weeks, then gradually tapering off before ending the regimen.

can i do this and get away without clomid therapy?

No, you still need clomid.....tapering is a thing of the past IMO, it was popular in the 80's and early 90's but most don't run cycles like that anymore......

Yes, that is true. Your gains are a large part dependent on post cycle therapy. In the 80's BB's attempted to keep gains by slowly tapering off and using hcg. Since then the technology in terms of post cycle therapy choices has changed dramatically.

Also, today's bodybuilder seems equipped with far greater and accessible knowledge bases such as this board. Some of the guys on this board have impressive knowledge about successfully gaining and keeping gains from the use of AS along with proper training and diet.

I disagree with current thought on this topic and think a taper is a wise move. Keep in mind most slow-acting esters have a natural taper as they wear off over a period of several weeks. The only problem with the taper with the esters is it is somewhat hard to predict or control precisely. However with faster acting compounds you can control the taper and your body and mind will be better off if you ease out. So I do not understand where these bros are coming from when they discourage a short tapering period while at the same time they advocate things like "bridging". They both accomplish the same thing allowing your body to more gradually adapt the gains while the recovery is underway and your hormones levels start to re-balance. It is possible you may not need Clomid either. In part will depend on the length of the cycle (the longer and higher dosed the cycle the more depressed the HPTA will become)

ok, what if i can't afford clomid?

i assume: don't do the cycle until i can afford it (ive got enough strol for 50mg ed for 40days)
