Winstrol Only Cycle, Kick in?

Hi guys, Im on my first cycle and im doing 50mg ed winstrol injekt, (I drink it with juice), i know its best to stack it with test or primo and all that but im going to finish off this cycle wins only.

I have 40 bottles wins each 50mg

Im on my 11 bottle today (11 day into to the cycle)

I felt the "tightness" to the muscles after like a week, but nothing else happends? when will i see results? or get some strengh?

No joint pain og nothing yet either.

Im 23 years old, i have been lifting wheight since i was 16 years old (1 year off), my weight is 187lbs, fat% 9 and height 178cm.

When i was 16 years old before i started BB i was 127.6 lbs and same height as now.
 
When u say u have 40 bottles do u mean amps or mini vials?

So let me get this right each "bottle" contains only 1ml dosed at 50mg per ml, correct? I sure hope it is not 11 - 10ml bottles u have drank already....lol.

Have u experienced any increase in strength? If not I suspect your diet is at fault. What is your diet like (cals/fat/protein/carbs)? Training schedule?

Yeah each "bottle" is 50mg/1ml dose, its amps i got :) just a need of words, sorry :)

Not much strenght increase, very very little at bench press, like 10lbs more than i use too.

Diet is 2 grams of protein for every kilogram bodyweight, thats about 150-200 grams of protein every day, 60 of them is shakes, only eat "healthy" fat, and im very low on carbs, no sugar at all, only carbs i get is from sphaggetti(sorry for spelling failures) and such.

Training schedule is:
Monday: Breast, Biceps
Tuesday: Back, Triceps
Wednesday: Shoulders, Legs
Thursday: Breast, Biceps
Friday, Back Triceps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
I also play soccer, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, about 2 hours each time high intensity

It has only been 10 days and ten lbs on bench is nothing to sneeze at. What about your other lifts? Stronger?

How many total calories are u taking in? I would up the protein to 300g total.

Ok, no other lifts not stronger at all.

Yeah but to much protein makes me shit alot (water thin shit), feel like im just shitting all my protein out and thats money out the toilet, isnt 300g protein a day alot?

Calories is about 5000 a day.

When can i expect som visual signs from the wins?

when i run orals it usually takes 2 weeks to start to feel the strenght and pumps real good. around 3 weeks i start to see a change and around 5 i start to get comments from my girl and friends. im on week 5 of var 50mg/ed and my boy saw me in a tee yesterday and said, ''holy fuck! where did all those veins come from. are you ok? what are u runnin now?'' really leaned me out a the end of my cycle. diet has been in check too. i put on like 6 more lbs. its def lean too.
 
10 lbs on bench in a week is good.

give it a little bit longer. the size and strength really becomes amazing at weeks 3-6.
 
Nice :) Looking forward to entering week 2.
You know when you get the comments from other people that something happends :) nothing feels better than comments to visual changes due to workout :)

Damn i cant wait, I REALLY look forward to the kick in, when i feel something or see the changes to my body.

Ok :) I have to be paitent hehe, my first cycle and I cant wait for something to happend :)

40 amps = 40day, about 5 weeks, hope its enough, i was told since its my first cycle i shouldnt be on longer than 4-5 weeks, and it should really kick ass on me because its my first cycle.

u also have 2 remember winstrol is not the king of mass/strength builders either.

xrsist: If i kick up the carbs wouldnt i loose my fat %? i dont wanna gain fat% i wanna loose, while getting a little stronger and a little muscles gain also, not much.

as long as you are still doing cardio and no carbs after dinner i cant see your BF% rising too much if any at all.
up your protein intake with whole foods not shakes
 
I drank my 12th amp today and had a really nice workout, felt a little stronger actually :) worked out back and triceps, and added like 10lbs to all back-workouts, and i THINK I maybe see some vains that I never seen before :) I have a feeling its starting to kick in now.
 
Hi guys, just want to update.

The wins is defently kicking in now, i just came home from one of my best workouts ever, added 10lbs more to bench, now im up on about 20lbs more in bench than before i started with wins, and im only on day 15, and still 25 to go :))), added about 10lbs in most biceps workouts too, it was crazy :) im feeling soooooo good now hehe and the next 2 days are my off days, but because of the NICE workout today I just wanna hit the gym again as fast as possible hehe :) the next 2 off days is going to some slow ass days :)
 
Holy ****!!!!!!!!!! I just came home from a soccer match and was on my way to the bathroom and the WORST cramps i EVER had hit me in the back thigh, wow it was a crazy pain, i had cramps many many times due my soccer in many years, but never like this one, felt like the muscle was on its way out of my body hehe. Is it the Winstrol causing it? If it is, what can i do to prevent it? I drink like 4-5 liters of water every day beacuse i want less joint pain as possible.
