winstrol, deca, or both?

i've been taking very small doses of test for a long time and i want to get off the androgens for a while.

i'm considering taking a little bit of deca or winstrol. which one would you recommend for hardness and maybe a little bit of muscle gain (vascularity would be nice, too). or should i take both?

by small doses i mean 200mg a week.

i know about the deca-dick problem. shit. how can i avoid that? i really don't want to take any androgens for a while. a good friend of mine and probably one of the biggest dudes i know (he just qualified nationally) attributes his gains to switching between anabolics and androgens. he said that even if i take just a little bit of test, my receptors won't be clean.

is there anything else that's not a steroid that i could take to prevent deca-dick? what about clomid?

Ok, for deca dick, you can take test, proviron should help too.

As for your receptors cleaning out, this has been beat to death. Androgen receptors don't downgrade, and don't need cleaning out. Do some searches on that.
