Winstrol as bridge

I tried to search for some info, but i guess using the terms winstrol and bridge is a bit too vague. Would winstrol be a good bridging drug at low doses in the am? I seem to remember an article somewhere that said winstrol was active orally for 9 hours. Given that, what would 10-20mg of strol in the am do?

i thought i read the half-life was 9 hours, seems a little long for a bridge but may depend on your dose

can anybody verify the half life? I'm under the impression that orally it is 9 hours and IM is 13 hours.

I would bridge with sustenon
