winstrol and cutting

I am into week 8 of my testosterone cypionate cycle and decided to throw in winnie for the the last 4-6 weeks. Started it on on sat at 50 mg, half when i wake up and the other half usually about ten hours later. My question is can i mad cut calories and be ketogenic at the same time to cut really fast. I have been cutting for about three weeks and i want to get down to about 8.5 % from 11.5 % bodyfat. Will i be able to spare a lot of musle, maybe even get a tad stronger while doing this. I have been doing high intensity cardio 3 times a week and working out like mad but i feel that my weight lifting may be going to waste. I dont want to be lifting hard and then be sore the next day but get weaker becasue there are not enough calories in my body. What are your thoughts?? By the way i am currently 6 ft 185 11.5 % bodyfat roughly.

up your current protein intake. winstrol works best in protein rich environment.

I would up the cardio to 4 times a week at 45 mins each session. If that doesn't work go 6 times a week at 60 mins per session. You also need to have at least 1.5grams of protien per body weight. Try to keep the carbs low or eat them in morning and after workout only.

This has worked wonders for me. I also throw in 35 mins of punching a body bag at 7mins per session, total of 5 sessions with a 2 min break in between. This will get you ultra cut if you do this 3 times a week.

Just make sure you keep up on the lifting. I would suggest doing 12-20 reps and 3 sets with every excersise, this will make you super hard.

if u plan on low carb make sure u shock the body with a moderate to high carb day. every 5th day does it for me. dont be suprised if u wake up a pound or 2 heavier. that will be gone by the end of the day.
 
i'm confused here, you speak about cutting up, which Winstrol will only help you dry out and maintain muscle whilst on a low calorie diet.

The you talk about a ketogenic Diet, and upping protein levels. If you are in Ketosis, then your protein intake should be high anyway, with virtually all of your calories coming from this and fats.
 
nvm, i was doing a ketogenic diet before, now just low calorie, and yes i was getting high amounts of protein with the ketogenic, i was only only wondering before would it be better to do low cal and CKD or just low cal, and yes i know winstrol helps you do that i am using it to better maintain my muscle when i cut.
