A friend of mine just bought a bottle of winny from a guy, I told him I think he needs 2 of them but I was wanting some help from you guys on how much he should take a week. He will probably take it with a test of some sort, any cycle help would be appreciated. He's about 6 1 and 250, probalby 12- 15% bf

i am going to drink 50mg a day for 5 weeks
split in half dring the day along with grapefruit juice to chase it
if it is not enough i'll bump it to 100mg just incase i dont like the results
