im 5'11 165 and im about 9 percent body fat and im goin to start takin winstrol pills for 2months one cycle what kinda gains will i see??? how bad of side effects??should i be taking anything else and im goin to start it today and im goin to start out with 2 pills and take it for month and half is this rite?

"2 pills" - Doesn't tell us the dose. It's like saying you have 2 bottles of soda. What size? They come in many different sizes. You need to know how many mgs they are each.
 
I have a better idea. Since you said they are pills, then i am guessing they are IP winny pills, in which case you spelled it right. Winstole, as in your money was stolen from you by purchasing this crap. This is what you do....
1. Try and get your money back. If you cant, see if anyone wants them and sell them.
2. Spend that money on protien and ALA.

You need to workout a bit more before you go hitting the sauce. You dont seem to know anything about steroids, and they are not toys. Granted, side effects are not as common as the mainstream would like you to believe, but they do exist. You need to know what they are and how to prevent them. And if they arise, you need to be prepared to deal with them. This isnt a vitamin you are eating.

you should take the pills of winstole and stick them up your arse..that will give you the best absorption through your rectal cavity..

now for clomid, you wont need that..dont listen to these fools..they're fucking with you.

dont worry about nolvadecks either..they are for the pro's.

Also, if you can, get some testosterone to stack with your winstole...either inject into your sphincter or into one of your testicles...this will give you best absorption into the blood stream.

Also if you can, buy Cell-tech to stack with your winsole..i heard that Greg Kovaks used the SAME EXACT CYCLE and well, look at GREG KOVACS!

also take a lot of vanadyle sulfate, chromium picolinate, and...um..lets see..what other supps did people use to buy? um.......help me out fellas :)

My best advice is stop taking your pills and start reading this board and using the search function.

I was going to say more but to be honest this isn't worth my time since obviously you don't care enough about your own body to learn about what it is you are doing to it. If this is your best effort at research your workouts must blow so read the training board too (this is not a joke).

for one thing you dont know me i dont want anyone to know what im doing and for the other all im doin this is for the extra edge if lifting i can already max out at 245 when i waigh 165 i mean that is pretty good and im not 14 haha

Oh, it all makes sense now. I have heard of that one. Now that you have the spelling right you should be able to use the search function and learn. Quit taking drugs now and get into the gym and go to the store and buy lots of meat. Spend the next year using the search function and after that you may be ready for a cycle.

Your taking Vitamin C...So it really doesn't matter how much you take, unless it's during cold season. Then you might want to up the dose a little.

Okay, bros. I just got his pics, but he asked me not to post them.

Looks good, pretty ripped but needs size. Age - 15 to 16.

My advice.

Start eating 6-8 meals a day and get at least 30 carbs and 30 protein in each meal.

Train extremely heavy with high intensity and do not train each body part more than once a week.

As far as the juice goes: Wait about 4 to 5 years. You don't need it.

Everyone is bitching about the fact that you want to be educated and have the information given to you without doing any work on your own. Why should any of us bother taking our time if you are unwilling to take any of yours?

Your level of knowledge is so low that it would take me an hour of conversation to bring you up to speed on the basics. Everybody started in your position and most got their base doing independent reading (this board, the internet, searches, etc...). Questions are okay to fill in the gaps but no one wants to break their balls typing information that is readily available.

That is the big gripe - no one wants to spoon feed you and to be honest, it's a concern that you would take drugs without understanding anything about them. Guys in your situation generally fuck themselves up or fail which makes it once again not worth anyone's effort.

Good luck reading or send me a few hundred and I'll spend a few hours on the phone with you talking about this and training. That is worth my time and the effort educating you.
