winsrtol and test cycle

hi i am new to this site and i been reading up on all different cycles and steriods..i did a cycle of just test about 2 years ago and loved it. i was thinking of doing another cycle. i was thinking winstrol (injections) and test (injections). i need some help with dosage. i am 21 years old and been working out for 6 years now and i am about 5'9" 220 i dont know my body fat but i am not fat..i am looking to get more mass and cut. any help will be great or a better cycle to do

21 man you hv natty test already bro! But if ur going to do it anyway. Winny is ran at 50 ed at your age id only run 250-400 max of test personally dont get offended but if i was your age just diet, sleep, workout and everyone would think i was on aas! Your diet and training needs work if ur thinking about aas. That imo not trollin. Aas at 24-25 more understanable however aas is just soooooo. F n cool at your age i know cause i started at 22 wish i would had waited.
 
sorry, IMHO 21 is just to young as you can grow like a weed based on a good diet and hardcore work--save the gear for 4-5 years--probably have some super magic pill by then anyway. 5'9/220--you are well on your way to being a monster already bro--exploit the genetics --oh and i grew almost two inches some where between 21 and 23--gear would have stopped that growth.
 
im pretty sure im not growing anymore i been the same hight since about 8th grade and my dr took ex rays of my ankles and my growth plates were almost closed...
 
At 21 gaining mass and strength isnt hard. Your training and diet probably need tweaked. What are your lifting numbers? Squat, Bench, dead lift? This will tell me how advanced you are. What is your diet and training routine?

squat 495 one rep, bench 285, dead lift 315 for 8,

You still have natural potential. Your squat is good. But your bench and dead still have a way to go. In my opinion if you cant bench 300 or dead 500 your still a beginner. A 500 squat is pretty decent, and if you can do 495 im sure you could muster 5 more pounds. Take a few months and get your bench and dead up. That extra weight on those lifts can be attained by improving technique in most cases. With the dl try throwing in some heavy rack pulls. I feel these are great at teaching your body how to strain under heavy loads. How much are you eating? You would be surprised how much extra protein and carbs can increase strength and size. Most people simply dont eat enough.

i been trying to make my diet better. it is in no way bad but i been trying to get my diet in line.. any sujestions on it?

Can you provide a sample of your daily eating? This way we can get an idea of what your eating. Alot of folks say they are eating enough then you find out they are only getting 100 grams of protein and 1500 cals a day.

Well right now i been cutting weight so my diet now it less then what i would eat normally..now Im prob eating about 1200 calories. I eat a lot of chicken turkey eggs peanut butter and fruits and different nuts
