When I first started researching steroids Winny was considered one of the safe ones. Now all of a sudden people seem to be bashing it to bits. I am 6 foot and 230 have done 3 cycles within the last 2 years. How much winny should I take and how long??

50mg ED for 8 weeks is what people usually take though I've seen people go all the way to 150mg ED.

I have been reading on the damage it does to your liver. Has this just now come out because of the mg of winny being so high now. (50mg Pills)?

Winny is a 17aa so it is Liver toxic. Just take your liver protectants, watch your health, and your be OK.

I too don't think there is winny bashing......it has just been said that even the injectable is 17aa and that all the 17aa roids will tend to have a negative affect upon the HDL/LDL cholesterol ratio...that is they tend to reduce the good cholesterol HDL...which is a bad thing and can promote plaque build up on the coronary ateries that suppy the heart with blood.
