Liquid- a day or 2

for me anyway

but the more you get in your system the better, I don't mean shoot up a gram or anything

what im tryin to say is after a few injections and a couple workouts you will really feel it. But you will notice it quickly, just no results for about 5 days

I used 300mg winny with 300 mg prop a week and gained 15 lbs. in two weeks
on a dosage of 400mg winny a week alone a friend of mine gained 20 lbs. and put 50 lbs on his bench press
But be ready for the pain, the shit hurts. Sting during injection and is sore after

How bad is a glute shot and delt shot? If I hit the delt then started a shoulder workout would I be fine?

My first cycle I injected IM 3ccs of masteron in with hcg at the end of my cycle (1000 ius eod) and it ended up perfect, can I do the same with winny?

Winny injections can be painful. Painful enough for me that I split injects with taking orally. I typically will do injects M,W,F and then drink the other 4 days. I also don't think I would hit a delt. I only do quads and glutes.

I wouldnt mess with shoulder inj. and winny, your shoulder will be inflamed and way too tense. The glutes absorb it better, cuz its a bigger muscle imo

access I do the same thing bro I thought I was the only one who inj half the time and drank it half the time. But as for the q, I feel winny is good for spot inj, that's just my opinion.
