stats: 19, 5'5" yea yea i kno im short, 150, liften for 3 years but last year i didnt reall keep up with the weight lifting and got weak, about 16%bf.. im tryin to get down to about 9%bf trying to get cut and way stronger!!! intimidation is a great thing when wrestling! but um what could i take ta help like aggresion before a match or sumthing like that??? but i dont want to put on any real weight im tryin to stay below 145 for the in season!!!!
