Well, bridging, if you're trying to restore HPTA somewhat, I don't think either of those is a really good choice. Dbol would be better, 10mg in the morning, but I don't believe the "dbol bridge" was ever really proven. Winny is in your system too long though. To bridge, I'd either use something non-supressive like GH/IGF/slin, or primo/var for the least suppressive hormones.
