Elbows and Knees felt like they were hit with hammers so I stopped. Never again for me.:bawling: Good strength gains when on though.:mix:

only side was very sore joints @ 50 mgs EOD (both knees, elbows, and rt wrist). i couldnt go as heavy as my strength would permit b/c of the soreness in my joints. ive been off for 3 1/2 mos and joints feel better so i can go heavier, and i'm actually stronger now b/c of that. i'm not as detailed as when on, but overall the gains were very well maintained. u have to deal w/ the pain, but winny's still my favorite!

Used it in two previous cycles, 50mg/d, 6weeks, no sides at all, except increased strenght and a ripped appearance. Drinking a lot of water and taking some liverdetoxinating pills.. Anyway, I do not think I will add it in my next cycle. Heard many people got sides from them. Maybe take injectables eod instead.

has anyone tried Glucosamine along with dirnking tons of water to combat the sides fo joint pain?

Yes, this works pretty well. 50 mg ED is good. I get some pain in my knees and elbows but its not that bad. I just cant go really heavy on squats. The benefits outway the joint soreness. Just be careful. I gained some good quality lean mass and keep all of the strength that I gained. I would also throw in ALA at least 600 mg ED for liver protection. You can get some good ALA at pumpnpose.com. They have 150 450mg capsules for 40 bucks, cant beat that!

I incorporate Glucosamine/Chond supplementation into my daily intake regardless.

I did a 6 cycle of Winny orals a few months ago and was totally unaware until recently (through this board) that joint pain is a side of winny, if that helps answer your question.
