Winny question

Whats up bros,
For some reason it has become a pain to try and get winny pills so im just going to the inject BUT after reading all of the threads about drinking it I think im going to just take it orally. Since I have never drank winny I was wondering how do I do this? Do I mix it with some other kinda liquid like juice or something or just take it as is? Im about to start an eq and winny cycle and I do have arimidex and nolva so Im ready to start and one less injection is always great. I just wasnt sure about the drinking the winny thing. A little help on this tired subject would be great(lol).

I just draw out however many mgs/ml I'm taking for my cycle, and then take off the pin and squirt it in my mouth. I normally have a gallon jug of water within arms reach of me at all time. So after about 5 minutes I take a sip of water and swash the water around my mouth. Just me, but I don’t want the winny potentially just sitting on my teeth. But thats just me
