i just started working out 2 months ago. 180 lbs 5'8 and no clue on body fat. but its too much i know that. i have a beer gut and i want to get rid of it. i got some yellow winny tabs the pentagon shaped ones and i have no clue how much to take, dont even know how many mgs they are, when to take them, how much cardio to do, cardio before or after lifting, how many sets, how many reps, how many exercises for each muscle, what muscles to work together and how many times a week for each one. i have no workout plan i go in there every day and just guess what to do. i wanna cut what i have- and i have the determination just no plan because i am new at this. also i have only 31 winny tabs left because ive taken 2 every day this week and i got them from a friend who had leftovers. someone please help me i dont wanna waste what little i have left. is there anything else i should be taking? what should i eat?
