i just started working out 2 months ago. 180 lbs 5'8 and no clue on body fat. but its too much i know that. i have a beer gut and i want to get rid of it. i got some yellow winny tabs the pentagon shaped ones and i have no clue how much to take, dont even know how many mgs they are, when to take them, how much cardio to do, cardio before or after lifting, how many sets, how many reps, how many exercises for each muscle, what muscles to work together and how many times a week for each one. i have no workout plan i go in there every day and just guess what to do. i wanna cut what i have- and i have the determination just no plan because i am new at this. also i have only 31 winny tabs left because ive taken 2 every day this week and i got them from a friend who had leftovers. someone please help me i dont wanna waste what little i have left. is there anything else i should be taking? what should i eat?
 
Seriously dude. You're taking steroids already? You have been working out for 2 months and don't know what to do? www.exrx.net That will give you every workout you could think of for all body parts. STOP TAKING STEROIDS RIGHT NOW, YOU'RE NOT READY FOR THEM, NOR DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH TO DO ANYTHING. Most winny tabs are 10mg and to be effective you have to take 50mg ED, BUT YOU NEED TO QUIT RIGHT NOW. I'm sure you don't even know what PCT is, nor do you have any PCT items on hand. You are looking for a way to fuck yourself up right? Diet....count calories, cut sodas, tea, fast food, fried food, drink at least 1 gallon of water every day, lots of protein...that's about all you need to know for now. Get you some whey protein powder and workout with intensity for at least a year before ever touching steroids again. I'm 6' 215lbs 13%BF and exactly a year ago I was 195lbs at about 18%BF. So, in a year I increased my LBM from 163 to 187. I made a promise to myself one day that I would get my act together. I studied every workout on EXRX.net and planned my diet out for over a year. It was hard for me for about 3 months, but now I would never go back. I gave everything I had into my plan to change my body and I got amazing results. People at work and a few of my family members asked me if I was taking steroids I changed so much. You can do amazing things, just put forth the dedication. Steroids are very dangerous and if you take them now, you won't see any types of gains like you would if you knew about your body, diet, sleep and training. Please figure out what you're doing before you end of screwing your body up.

For your own sake, don't do steroids. Read up on training and dieting, and after a few years, you can do steroids.
 
Take some goddamn initiative and do some research. You, more than just about anyone i've seen post on these boards, are not ready for anything steroid related. Nobody in their right mind would tell you differently. If you want to lose the beer gut, stop drinking beer and diet, winstrol will do nothing for you.
 
its threads like this (if its serious) that piss me the fuck off! i've reasearched gear since i was the ripe bold age of 15 years old. i have soaked up sooooo much valubale information and actually know what i'm doing and this shit just makes me sooo mad. its people like this that i would tell them to take those tabs and shove them up their ass! thats fucked up. sorry, had to get that out of my system.


dude, you just need to research your ass off and quit looking for "an easy way out". its guys like you that give steroids a bad wrap.
 
ok well everyone can be pissed off and talk shit to me but one question. How the fuck was i supposed to know? i got em from a guy who had great results in basically the same situation as me and do you think the person sellin them gave a rats ass if he knew what he was doin or not?

We're trying to help you. Would you start some kind of prescription drug without knowing how many to take each day, what kind of side-effects to expect, and what kind of results will come about? Of course not. You'd go see a doctor and he/she would tell you exactly what to do.

Steroids are just that... a drug. And since you can't go to a doctor, you'll have to go do your own research. Read everything on this website, as well as www.steroid.com (and others, of course), and after you've decreased your bodyfat and gained some good muscle, you can do whatever you want to.
 
If this is not a joke (which I assume it is), then aside from what everyone else has said...

What you have will not do anything for you. Even if you knew what you were doing, you don't have enough to last you. Plus, you aren't anywhere near at the level where you'll get any noticeable gains.
If you take those pills, you'll gain a -little- bit of strength, then you'll run out in 2 weeks, you'll quickly lose the very little amount of gains you've made, you'll have wasted your money, and you'll have put stress on your liver for no reason.
Seriously, stop taking them and follow the advice from the above posts. Either throw them in the garbage or save them for a later date when you are better prepared (physically and knowledge-wise) and have enough to last an entire cycle..
The guys on this board can be harsh.:) but they speak the truth!

There's a lot of amazing articles on t-nation.com Read everything about nutrition and training, and after a few years, come back here and ask us about steroids. Good luck.

It helps you recover your natural testosterone production, and supresses estrogen. It usually involves nolva/clomid/HCG.
 
Here is the scoop.
#1. DIET... its how to eat properly so that you reduce fat and gain muscle. You are going to have to learn how to eat properly to get your body in an anabolic state.
#2. ROUTINE... start studying different workouts. You will need to learn not to do things like overtrain. Study compound movements etc. Go to the site Stacemranger linked.. and study!
#3 Drop the winny. You will get nothing from it except damage to your liver and sex drive. Steroids are not a miracle pill to lose fat. Winstrol does not make you lose fat. Anyone that says it does knows zero about steroids and should not be looked at as a source for information.
#4 You are right. The guy that sold that shit to you was all about making money. He will put you on everything under the sun if it will make him money. He doesn't care about your health.
#5 Learn about pct. This is the most important thing you can do. Without PCT you will be just another moron who is wasting their time, money and health.
#6 Since you are new to the board I would highly recomend that sticky on top that says Newbies should read it. It will help you out when posting.
*A lot of the guys answered the way they did because they saw someone either fucking their body up horribly... or... someone playing a joke on them. Thats how bad your situation is. Steroids will not make you thin and jacked. Diet and exercize will. Once you have worked out seriously for a few years and have been dedicated to eating properly too. Then you can start exploring steroids. Right now... they will do nothing for you. Your muscles haven't matured or grown.
***Take your time to use the search function on here... or... just read posts. Go back in time to look at them too. Don't forget to check out the diet board too. You will get greater results from eating properly than you ever would from using juice!

No steroid is only for cutting or bulking, per se. Ultimately, whether you cut or bulk, is up to your diet. If you want to read what winny can do for you, simply go to steroid.com and read up on its profile.
 
I am gonna sound off exactly the same as everyone.

listen, man, you can't expect to come to a board and say those kinds of things and not get flamed. I would rip into you as well, but a part of me feels sorry for you.

please pay attention to what everyone else has said. do your homework. you are still awfully young (assuming you did not lie about your age) for beginning a cycle anyway.

at some point, we all were new to the game, but we approached it differently. if you are prepared to take your game to the next level, you need the tools. in this case it is knowledge. think of working out in general as little league baseball--everyone basically can play but not everyone is on the same level. you are about to jump into the pros skipping high school and minor leagues. it just can't be done. (shaky metaphor i know, but i dont know what this guy can relate to)

there is a wealth of information available to you. read. learn. train, eat right, get some sleep, and come back to us in a couple years. you will be glad you did and your body will thank you for it.
