Ok, I know I'm not going to put on any size sticking to winny only. I need to lose about 7-10lbs of fat in about 5 weeks WITHOUT losing any muscle (which happens about 100% of the time when I'm dieting). Is 25mg ed the way to go for that? could I possibly see ANY gains on that? Even just a couple of pounds of muscle along with reduced body fat%?
I was thinking of throwing in some EQ for the vascularity but from what I've read the apetite that EQ will cause will completely negate my "cutting" goals.
Also, would I see any results on a winny only cycle by week 5 if my cardio is up and my diet is clean?
