Winny only, pointless?

Ok, I know I'm not going to put on any size sticking to winny only. I need to lose about 7-10lbs of fat in about 5 weeks WITHOUT losing any muscle (which happens about 100% of the time when I'm dieting). Is 25mg ed the way to go for that? could I possibly see ANY gains on that? Even just a couple of pounds of muscle along with reduced body fat%?

I was thinking of throwing in some EQ for the vascularity but from what I've read the apetite that EQ will cause will completely negate my "cutting" goals.

Also, would I see any results on a winny only cycle by week 5 if my cardio is up and my diet is clean?
 
its def not a great cycle BUT it will preserve muscle while dieting but your sex drive will be gone after a few weeks....you'll then be like a dodge viper with no fuel in it....useless!!! lol
 
I'm 5' 11", 179lbs, 11% body fat. If that helps.

What about the EQ, is that a bad idea with what I'm trying to accomplish? This is my 4th cycle but I have never tried to cut down before, only bulk up.
 
ideally you should atleast run something like this

wk 1-10 test e 250mg ew
wk 1-10 eq 400mg ew
wk 4-10 winstrol 50mg ed

or with the eq

wk 1-8 test e 250mg ew
wk 2-8 winstrol 50mg ed
 
at 5 11 and only weighing 179 u could definitely put weight on if i were u, i would bulk up and try to stay pretty lean maybe do test with tren or something and eat clean

I like the cycle posted but for some reason I need 600mgs of EQ a wk.

Well, believe me, I would LOVE to put on some more mass and lean out all at the same time. But I have had VERY little success at gaining good quality mass over my last 4 cycles. I've been hanging around this forum for about 2 years now, been following the advise from others and for some reason still have not had a real successful stack.

SO, I've decided I'm just going to focus on moderate gains and keep it lean. With that being said, is there anything you would suggest I take with Winny to help put on just a little bit of mass while cutting?
 
how come some people say to start the winstrol so it goes 2 weeks after your last test e shot?

so if i am doing 12 weeks of test E should i start my 6 weeks of winstrol at week 8?
they said this is to preserve gains

Your problem is probably diet related.
If you've done 4 cycles and are still not to 180lbs then something is severly lacking w/ your eating habits.

agreed, youv gota eat everything and more when trying to put mass on
 
Yeah, I completely agree... my diet would always be solid for the first few weeks then go to crap... not meaning i would eat junk, but just not enough.

At 11% BF you should be looking pretty good. If you don't think you are lean, then I would bet you are estimating your bodyfat %? Maybe it is closer to 16%? I also read, good quality gains, in your post. Are you saying that you make gains but lay down a lot of fat? Is your "clean" diet loaded with carbs? Or at least crappy carbs - pasta, wheat, white bread, sugar, etc? That could be a source of your non-quality weight gain while bulking. Keep you carbs lower - like less than 200g per day lower...maybe 150g....100g immediately after working out, and the rest loaded in the morning early day hours...300g protein and --this will go over like a fart in church--300g fat. That puts you at 4,300 hundred calories and a surplus assuming that you are only lifting. Adjust up the protein if you aren't gaining like you want and if you feel you are putting on too much fat then lower the carbs. Now add some test back into your cycle and pick your anti-e for bloat.
 
And I did get above 180... I got up to about 205 on a Sust, Dboll stack but lost almost 70% of it when coming off... even with HCG and Nolva. However, that was my best stack as far as gains... and alot of the strength I have today I know came from that stack (almost 2 years ago). Maybe I just need to step back and re-evalute what the hell I'm trying to accomplish.

I want to get huge and ripped! any secret formula? lol

That's a shame to lose 25lbs when coming off.
At least your honest w/ yourself though.
Re evalutae your diet and the gains will come.

when u stoped how much hcg did u use? did you train the same when u came off? eat the same when u came off? if u still did everything the same when u came off u wouldnt lose that much weight.......ive seen guys that juice like crazy and come off cold turkey no pct and still go to the gym and maybe only lose 10 pounds....25 pounds is alot of weight to lose if u were doin everythin rite
 
well I have no clue what 93k equals in lbs but you seriously made gains on winny alone? What was your diet like? I've never heard of gains from winny.

Another question, if I did decide to stick to winny only, how long have you found it takes for strength gains to come?

1kg=2.2 lbs. So he gained a little over 14 lbs.
