winny only cycle question on it.

how do they work if u run 50mgs a day for 6-8 weeks also how many cals should u take in a day and should u run low carbs with this thanks guys!
 
50mg a day would be the normal dosage....as for everything else, is it a cutting cycle (i assume)? if so then like a X12 bodyweight multiplier works well....then you may need to drop it lower later. carbs i keep to a minimum on a cutter and keep protein at 1 1/2 bodyweight or thereabouts. oral or liquid winny??
 
oral winny..im wondering if its effective and im 200 pounds so how many carbs should i be getting in a day? thanks!

:FRlol: some one fell off the wrong side of the bed today. lolololol!!!! the questions aren't THAT bad. :D just get your protein at 1-1.5 gram per lb bodyweight and then you get the rest of your calories from carbs or fat. your choice, you want more carbs? more fat? really don't matter.....just keep the calories around the bodyweightX12 equation and you'll lose weight for a while at least. i like to get a mix of carbs and fats. but with all that protein at my weight...i don't have much calories left over for the carbs/fat. so you'll have more of a choice to make. if carbs make you fat (insulin sensitive) then stay away from them. go with flax oil and other fats, and just a moderate to low carb intake. just try different macronutrient ratios and see what happens. i suggest strongly the 200-300 grams of protein though.
 
If you are looking to cut and add some size and strength then you would be better served by doing tren at 50 per day as it is not 17aa and thus not hard on the liver...at least not as hard as winstrol.
I have never run a 17aa roid for 8 weeks and never will...what the heck for bro. You need to be very careful with the liver bro.
Winstrol may be mild androgenically but it is terrible on the lipid profile and not easy on the liver. It is these NOT SEEN sides that are the worst by far bro.
I think you should do some more research bro.

i was going to sugges tren/winny....but due to him being not so versed in AAS i figured not to mention it. but yeah, tren is awesome. maybe try that by itself. really great stuff. i like the tren/winny though.....maybe my liver doesn't like it so much though. ;) i eat the pellets, if you were a little appreshensive about brewing it up or injecting it every day. working well orally. you could get away with like 10 pellets to get the 50mg or so suggested. but this is just anecdotal evidence.....inject is the only way to be sure of dosage. :)

I have spoke with him on AIM. He has no drive to learn by reading. He just wants quick answers and for everybody to work his dieting problems out for himself without putting a minute of time into it.

yeah, i mainly hate the constant barrage of the same question. or variances of the same question. lol. i got a lot of patience with it, because if someone told me half this shit, i'd have saved myself a lot of trouble years ago. but even i have been getting pissed with a few PM'ers.

i would never suggest a winny only cycle to any one....that was what i did for my first ever cycle....50mg of tabs per day for 8 weeks....i got pretty good results, was very lean and vacular, but by the 5th week joint pain was very bad....my shoulders felt like bone against bone.....the shoulder pain continued months and months after the cycle even after using ever joint supplement out there...i started using glucosamine and chondritin at wk. 4 of the cycle and then when that didn't work tried thing after thing....the pain did not stop until 6 months later when i starting using Deca....even at small doses it is worth using something like Deca with your winny...

i was told by a lot of people that i would have joint pain and problems and i didn't listen, i thought i would be different but i was wrong as hell
