Winny Only Cycle! Help me finish

LonestarMuscle

New member
Hey, Im 21 years old. Started lifting about 7 months ago. Before that, I never really did too much, just kinda dabbled. I got pretty great gains last November-January, but February-April my muscle was pretty stagnant. 185-190lbs, 5'10, BF% 10-12, around that.

A friend suggested gearing up and he said Oral-Winstrol only is a great cycle for beginners. Basically the goal is to get as lean as possible with minimal muscle loss. 50mg/day for 50 days. I started it May 15, 2012; a few days in I started stacking it with ECA to optimize results cut even more fat. Im currently down to 180lbs, no significant gains, but strength wise, im up a bit, muscles feel rock hard, im getting pretty unstoppable at the gym.

I recently found out oral winny is supposedly the worst thing EVER, after being on elitefitness.com and I'm just trying to figure out what I should do to get the most out of my situation. Should I slowly just drop it and take some PCT, or should I continue it but stack on something else. I honestly have no idea what to do.

If someone can please show some clear guidance as to what they'd do. Please don't bash me as this is literally my first post and yes, I do understand that no one is really in favor of oral-winny only.

My man there is so much wrong here. I don't have a problem with people your age juicing just do it right. Your lifting for 7 months and decide to hop on to the dark side? C'mon if your friend was smart he would get together a good lifting regimen and a good diet plan for you to gain weight naturally for a long time before touching anything. You need a solid foundation, a base, something to work from when using aas. My advice would to hop off the cycle and start pct. post and unleashed, forma stanzol. Make sure your taking your fish oils, multi v's etc..ugh use your head next time. Good luck.

Why is oral winny the worst thing ever?
If your taking on cycle support supps for your joints drying etc oral win can be an efficient and beneficial cycle IMO..
Why stop now?
Finish your cycle, run the post cycle/unleashed combo and take care of yourself..
What's your caloric intake.. Along with proteins..?

All oral compounds are going to be more liver toxic, so make sure your diet is clean, you steer clear or alcohol, and consume a fucktonne of water.
Basically just listen to your body bro. You'll know when changes need to be made

The chances of him actually converting back to doing it the smart way are slim to none.. That's the only reason I gave him advice lolol

Should have done your research first that is the key. So many things gone wild here. Prob be good to taper out and regroup. Research, research and more research first!!

Winny is awesome when used correctly, but you should use a test base with it and a first run should have had test in it. Sounds like your friend is a bit short on knowledge. Get in a better group, like those here to help you out.

As far as my caloric intake, I'm eating a high lean protein diet. Basically, breakfast = cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda with a cup of eggwhites. then pretty much eating 25-30g of lean protein like tuna, tilapia, and steamed chicken for about 6 meals. Taking protein shakes like gold standard whey protein powder postworkout as well as those protein shots you get at walmart, occasionally ABS protein shakes from my gym.

Im usually around 200+ grams of protein daily. I try to avoid carbs after breakfast. 90% carbs I get are from the oatmeal. I also take Konsyl Psyllium fiber for digestion from all the protein twice daily.

I drink at least a gallon of water a day.

Also three pills of 175mg milk thistle, and i occasionally take green tea pills now, cause i've stopped taking ephedrine.

What kinda other supps do you recommend? What is the best post cycle?

converting back to doing it?

what do you mean by that.

See guys, I realized I fucked up but thats why Im here, to get help from you guys.
The guy that helped me with this was all like, 'bro winnys for fucking babies, its childsplay, just run it, dont be a puss'
He is actually cycling right now too, he's stacking Tren, Test, Amadrex, Wini, and Clen.
Just an FYI.

^^^ seems like you are doing good for a young dude. i would keep eating and working out. 7 months isn't enough time to build muscle memory. you want to become superman overnight, it just doesn't work like that.

what exactly are your goals here?

there isn't anything wrong with winny only cycle, just gotta keep it short cause its hard on the joints and liver.

what is wrong though is only having 7 months under your belt. you got a late start at lifting and are trying to catch up, you CANNOT catch up. i used to train with a triathlete who would run a 15 minute 5K. he broke his leg, was out 6 months. came back and he quickly was running my pace, and before i knew it he was back to running 15 minute 5K's. the memory his body had built up paid off for him so he came back fast and was right back to where he was before so fast.

yeah, thats what my friend said. But i mean what would you recommend I do at this moment. Another guy said cut it short. Should I stop 4 weeks in and take a PCT or something. Im trying not to completely fuck up my hormones as well. I heard without proper PCT ill develop gyno. What is a good PCT? What would you do?

Also, bro... SSICKK rhomboids... i gotta say, pretty raw back pic my friend... pretty fkn raw.

thanks bro...

honestly i dont think ive ever heard of anyone getting gyno from winnie... im not saying it couldnt happen (we all react differently) but i dont think its very likely at all...
at 4 weeks in if you need to stop, then id say you could probably get away with a very mild PCT...
if you decide to run it out you will want to use a more agressive aproach to recovery... just keep in mind that when you come off your diet and training will need to accomodate your new gains...

Perfectly put!

Ok, so in conclusion, I learned:

I should have developed more muscle memory and become more adept with weightlifting before juicing.

I should not have even juiced as my goals weren't even justifiable by gear.

I should keep up a high protein, low fat/carb diet, and heavy training.

If I decide to cut my cycle in half (which I probably wont do) I should come down with a mild pct, but if I decide to ride this out (which i'll probably do) I should expect dry joints, I should drink a lot of water and come down with a heavy PCT, and keep my weight training as intense as possible to accommodate my new gains.

As far as the liver, I should continue 525 mg/day of milk thistle divided into three times.

Is this ok? Does anyone have anything to edit/add to this?

if you want to put on muscle mass/weight then you need to run a high protein and high carb diet. when i say carbs I mean sweet potato, brown rice, whole grains, wheat pasta, pancakes/waffles, ezekial breads.

if you don't then keep the diet you are on and stay skinny. whatever you want.

most guys on here want to get huge, so 180 pounds at 5 10 is very skinny to us. its about figuring out what your goals are. if you just want to look 'fit' and get 18/19 year old pussy at the beach then you don't need to waste money on steroids. just eat semi-clean and workout and do cardio and you will easily achieve that look. (which you are succeeding at so far it seems)

if you want to bench almost 2X your weight and put on big muscle mass and look like an IFBB bodybuilder then steroids are gonna be necessary after you get yourself a base and build up some good muscle memory.

what you do in your 20's will determine how successful you are in your 30's in this thing. if you put in the hours in your 20's when you get older then you will have a much easier time building on your gains.. if you don't lift in your 20's then start in your 30's then other guys who did lift are generally gonna blow you away in progress at the gym.. this is why i encourage all guys to start lifting at 14 or 15.. not to mention a great way to build self confidence

nice. Thanks man.

I got it. I guess this can serve as a testing the waters cycle. After the summers done, I'm gonna see how far natural bulking takes me and if I get the urge to just go apeshit and get huge, i'll try more gear. I appreciate that, thanks for the insight.
