Usually fine in delts but it is better to get the same sized pins with seperate barel rather than the all in 1 type used for slin. They are usually a longer length as the slin type are usually only 1/2 inch. That's why they are usually fine for delts as there is little bodyfat there to get through but may not go deep enough for quads. If you have low bodyfat you may be ok though.
