i hear some people say winny should be taken towards the end of a cycle, and others say take it at the beginning. What are your opinions and why?

Depends on what you are stacking it with. If stacking with Anadrol use it throughout the cycle to help with progesterone. If using with Test I use it toharden up gains at the end of the cycle. It works especially well with Tren. There seems to be a synergistic effect when they are used together.

could anavar be used in place of winstrol at the end of a test cycle to solidify the gains? for 5-6 weeks at the end of the cycle?

i use it at the end cause winny dries and hardens you up. I run it for 2 weeks after my last test shot. Have not used anavar so i can't comment on that one.

I use it for 4-6 weeks following the last shot of a test cycle. Works well for cutting up.

another thing to keep in mind is your %BF.. if your BF is too hgih, then don't use it....unless you are looking to maintain strength.

If your BF% is low, you get to see awesome vascularity and hardness.
