Winny: how long? , Liquidex: when?

2 questions which I keep getting conflicting information on:

Getting ready to start a Test, EQ, Fina, and Winny cycle.

1. When should I start the Liquidex? I'm hearing 2 days before the first injection of test, week 1.

2. How long should I run the winny? Was planning on week 4-10 with the fina, but have been hearing run the winny throughout.

Any help????

You can run winny10 weeks.
