Just a quick one on winny, Is it true that stuff like winny and prop should be taken at the same time of day ??

Prop has a longer half-life than winny, so I don't think it matters as long as the dosing schedule is the same (like ED or EOD).

Winstrol half life is 8-12 hrs. That's why I suggest splitting dosages into AM and PM. I do advise that you take your winny at the same time ED. The prop you should follow the same pattern of taking it around a certain time-frame ED, let's say 8-11am or 8-11pm, gives you a window to work with.

Ok, im fine then I run mine like 6am/8am everyday !
