Winny & EQ cycle question?

I read online that a stack made up of EQ and winny is a very good combination for cutting down. A friend of mine recommended cyp or prop to add in there, but I was wondering if there really was a need to do so if there aren't many side effects associated with EQ.

The reason I'd like to avoid any kind of test is that I didn't really want to get a lot bigger as I'm already a bigger guy and I just want to shed some fat. I was kind of bad on my diet early on in the year and gained some weight. Looking to trim it up.

So, I was just wondering what you guys think about this cycle? Should I add in the test cyp or can I leave it out...? If do add in the cyp, do I have to worry about bulking up too much.

I'm 5'9" about 215 lbs @ around 20% BF. I'm very active and train boxing, kickboxing and jiu jitsu usually about 6 days a week. I also lift 3 days a week.

This would be my 2nd cycle (bad experience on the 1st one) so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
what are your overall goals? what weight and bf do you want to get to? why not just do it naturally? get in shape naturally push yourself to the limits and once you get lean and rip on your own and reached a plateau then take some aas. thats what i would do...

but to answer your question winny and eq do work well together. to me basically everything can work well together with a few exceptions. its all about diet and how many calories you're taking in. just like everyone says it is smart to take in some test. they say this cause its true. the test will provide what would be missing if you took the other stuff. dont go overboard on test just take a low moderate dose..all this stuff will help you out but it doesnt get you ripped or huge, its all about what foods you're taking in, the cardio, and the sleep you get.
 
great stack. AAP ran it and had great results without test. it was his first AAS cycle.

no need for test despite what the masses tell you.
 
I'm running EQ/Winny/Var as we speak. This is one of two cycles in over 4 years i've ran without test. I'm liking it so far i'll have to tell you. I didn't realize how much the Prop actually bloated me. I'm running Sustain Alpha and Dermacrine too.
 
My first cycle was EQ @400mg/week with winny on the front for 5 weeks and 5 weeks after. It was a good cycle. EQ gains are very lean. No bloat. My endurance went up too. I kept virtually all of my gains.

The only problem I have read about with EQ is losing hair. I shed just a little but I do not have a receding hairline in the first place. IMO I love EQ.

Someone recommended prop to me and I immediately worried about getting bigger so I opted for something a little different. I heard winny and EQ together wouldn't really give you any sides at all so that's why I inquired about the test....Money isn't an issue as much as bloating up would be. I need to compete at a lower weight, so I don't want to make it harder on myself by gaining size.

I was super worried about side effects because I ran a cycle of winny and tren a ways back and got shut down pretty hard. I ended up having to come clean with my gf because she knew there was a problem.

She's cool with it and actually offered to do the injections for me.

I would like to get back down to about 180-190 pretty lean with good muscle size...realistically, I wouldn't mind getting to 200, but at a much better BF percentage. I'd say I would like to be between 8-12% BF...not sure what I would like though.


I did it naturally before and had great results....I did a pretty hardcore diet and ran almost everyday...I also trained 2X a day about 6 days a week...sometimes 5 depending on injuries.

I was about 185 lbs for my fights...I bloated up because I dieted so much and didn't have any fun for months on end, I kind of went off on the deep end after my fight.

I never did any AAS's before this year, so I just wanted to give them a try because I've also never been able to get commpletely ripped while maintaining some strength...I felt weak and tired all the time. Drained me mentally.

I'm not competing at the moment, so I don't feel guilty for trying some AAS. I'm interested in getting as ripped as possible for next year.

I also heard you could take EQ for a long time without any sides.

quick question, doesn't winny have male pattern baldness problems as well?

Can I compound those problems by taking them together? What do you think?

That's quite the blanket statement don't you think? Not that I agree or disagree.

test will generally bloat you and winstrol/eq will give you very lean growth with little effect on your HTPA

a lot of people base cycles off test because it gives them a libido boost and elevated mood, not to mention the growth

but if your goals are lean growth, winstrol/eq is a nice choice

look at AAP

Results were great. Got shredded, striated, and vasscular. Put on some lean mass but my body comp completely changed. I did lose some hair though so I am now staying away from winny, although the Eq may have made it worse, not sure...

Hmmm, interesting information. I guess I'm still deciding whether or not I want to add in the test.

I heard cyp will make you less bloated than prop......do you have an opinion on that statement?

I started around 10.5%

Finished around 8.5% but put on muscle mass as well and the way my body looked changed for the better. More of a V-taper, rounder and more massive shoulders, muscle seperation, etc. And vascularity increased like 3 fold.
