definitely think it was the winny. of course, in the past, from time to time ive had some sore joints--like sore elbows from going too heavy on overhead dumbells, but it was always temporary and related to my ego by going too heavy. when i backed off the weight--no more probs. i dont go heavy anymore and i didnt get all that strong on the winny, but then again, i dont train for strength anymore. i just use a reasonable weight and go real slow and winny really dried out my knees, elbows, and my rt wrist. its been 2 mos since my last shot and my joints are just starting to feel a little better--another reason im sure its the winny. in your case, id guess its the winny. u may want to try going lighter and slower to help w/ the elbows. worked for me. good gains, less pain, and most importantly, no injuries. guess its the nature of the beast, steals your water so it hurts the joints but thats what makes you look so hard. still love it though! it just a little pain. good luck bro!
