Winny, bad cramps!!!

I have experience extreme cramping especially at night when I am sleeping or during the day while on winny. I have fed my body all the proper nutrition and water intake so what can be the problem?

Only one of the reasons that I dont use winny anymore due to the bad freaking cramps that I get from it.

only thing i can think of is more water, less salt.

i get the same thing in my lower back after an intense workout, almost to the point where i cant stand up straight.

You might also want to throw some more potasssium/magneseum in to your diet along with the extra water you should be drinking.
