winny and joint pain?

Winny causes joint problems (tho suprisingly i have not had any yet...knock on wood) 50 mg should be enough for gains/joint problems...however i suspect i know the kind of winny u have and some claim it is underdosed(i dont personally believe it) So to be safe take a 50mg in the morning and a 50mg in the evening.....If u dont want to do this/dont have the money divide the 50 tab, take 25 in the morning 25 in the evening (this will yield the best results due to the short half life of winny)
 
I've heard you body cant absorb more than 25mg of oral winny in one sitting so for 100, divide to 25/25/25/25
 
I've done 50mg ED and 100mg ED. Both ended up with sore joints towards the end. MSM helped a great deal, so would deca if you like that stuff. I think MOST importantly is to focus on warmups and stretching, and to use a properly periodized training cycle while on your AAS cycle, so your body will have time to get used to the new strength. Start by focusing on hypertrophy and gravitate towards maximal strength over the course of your AAS cycle
 
i heard that if u supplement with msm u need to take it at the very beggining of ur cycle as it takes a while to kick in
