Winny and bf, is it true?

If you are not below 10% bf is it worth to use winny on a cycle? I've heard several discussion on bodyfat and winny, can anybody clear this up for me???

I don't see why not, winny is a great AS - if you stack it correctly it should work great.

what's your goal w/ the cycle?

He must be talking about not being able to see the hardening effect Winny has one you.

Winny has other uses.

Even at 15 % bodyfat you WILL see the hardening effect .

Of Course the lower your bodyfat % , the better .

Personally I would not use winny or any other AAS if I was above 15 % .

Victor, why would you not run a cycle, bulking or otherwise, above 15%? I would think any excess fat could actually help you anabolically if you happen to not eat enough while on cycle.
 
I like to start a cutting cycle around 12 % . ( to finish at 6 % )

I like to to a bulking cycle at 9-10 % . ( to finish with 13 % )

One cutting cycle done with 15 % will probably get you to 10 % which IMO is not good enough .

One bulking cycle done with 15 % will probably get you to 18 % which IMO is terrible , you will be walking around like a big, useless , ugly sack of shit .

Besides the more fat you have , the prone you will be to PACK on more fat. It is a vicious cycle . the leaner you are , the less chances fo acumulating fat you will have on a bulking cycle .

If you take it at 15% it's just gonna take alot longer to get leaner...and that's not fun

That really doesn't matter, bodyfat as long as in the 14-18% range, shouldn't give you that much of a problem - and I've worked with people at 22% bf that got great results from winny including hard muscle mass :)
 
So I take it that you will have to cycle winny longer in order to get a good effect, I am at 13/14% but I am deployed overseas serving my country and having a good nutrition plan out in the dessert is very, very hard to do...

Winny has the most profound effect when one is 8% or below. Yes you'll see some hardening above that, but it's not the major effect that you'll see being below 8. Bodyfat should be low when starting a bulk. The more fat you have, the more prone you are to estrogen related sides. Not good. Plus you get the rebound effect from being so lean in the beginning.

so really, instead of bulking then cutting, you should get down to a low body fat to start with THEN bulk THEN cut again?

Right. That way you'll minimize estrogen related sides and benefit from the rebound of being depleted. Ever notice how BB's blow up after a show? Their body is in an extremely high anabolic environment.
