Obviously this is not a baseball board, but I just want to know what I should look out for while on a short cycle of 50mg of winny 3 times a week for 3 weeks. I am a baseball pitcher and many other have done this with significant gains in velocity which they have maintained for up to a year.
1) Obviously diet is very important w/ any steroid but how much will an occasional beer or two hurt me? Also, I usually have 2-3 cups of coffee a day...any problems w/ this? (I am not worried about my weight and fat loss, provided that I don't balloon up or shrink down).
2) I drink lots of water all the time as I am afraid of cramping up or pullinig something. What else can I do along with extensive stretching to minimize the risk?
3) I hear that I should not do extensive running due to the fact that any steroid can enlarge your heart.. It makes sense to me that my biggest muscle (my heart) works harder when I run hard or for long periods of time, so I maybe should run as much.
4) Milk thistle, multi vitamins etc...I've heard many suggestions for other suppliments...can anyone confirm or unconfirm what is good or not good for me right now?...Do I need to worry about joint tighness and get some glucosomine (sp?)?....How about MSM?...
5) This stuff hurts!!! Is it normal to be real tight in the legs from injecting this stuff in my butt??????
