winni cycle workout?

Hi all..... I am just starting a winni cycle and was thinking of only doing tabata workout for the entire cycle. My main goal is to drop fat weight and gain some strength. Is that goin to be an effective workout or would I be wasting a cycle?

Im about 170 lbs and 5'7" with body fat of about 25%.

Body fat is pretty high to be running aas especially winny which will hit your cholesterol and blood pressure worse than most compounds.

If you just want to 'lose weight and gain strength' that can be done with an OTC fat burner and a good workout regimen...
 
Since you already started... Your results really will come from your meal plan. Your routine is really secondary. What does your meal plan look like?
